My wife and I are thinking of doing a trip out to Colorado next summer and are starting to plan. I’m hoping someone out there may have a good route that I may be able to build off of. I have never planned a trip like this and having never been out there I’m looking for any help I can get. Goal is to travel by backroads and trails as much as possible. Vehicle is a trd off road Tacoma. Pretty much stock at this point. Hoping to have sliders, skids, rack and rtt by the time of the trip. Wanting to see backcountry lakes, overlooks, etc.
