Members in Northern Europe: winter is slowly disappearing, still in hibernation or have you already planned trips for the summer?

Are our Scandinavian members still in hibernation or are there already plans for new trips? @Bengt N @Todd Jackson @JeeperFIN What are your plans and all the others?

Who knows me knows that I prefer to be in the deep winter in Scandinavia, but the summer in the far north is of course also fantastic.

Yes, in autumn foliage it is beautiful.
Put ”Kalkkoaivi road” to your bucket list, it is ww2 era build service road and legal to drive.

Last weekend I took my Defender out from winter storage and the plans/ideas are already being talked about around the Kitchen table.

We have our vacation a bit later this summer so the plan is to visit Norway after 3 or 4 years hiatus.

Of course in between free weekends we plan to camp over on Öland, I'm sure you remember that place.

A few personal reasons lead to not going for the Swedish east coast.

We sure will as information is rare besides the usual tourist information, plan was to take the ferry to Nynashavn and go north from there, somewhat along the coast and back through the inland or so...not very specific ;-)
