Member Introductions *NEW MEMBERS INTRODUCE YOURSELF*

I just joined OB this morning, so I suppose I’ll introduce myself.
My name is William Graves (OB # 30818) and my wife is Kathy.
We are from Texas and have been having adventures for the past 4 years in her 2020 RAV4.
During this time I have been building our over landing rig. I am very happy with the progress of my build and am getting really close to having it completed.
1997 Toyota Tacoma with a ton of mods and a few more to come.
Our first big trip in the Tacoma will be this August, when we will be traveling to Alaska.
Happy to be a part of the team.

Welcome from a misplaced Texan. Good looking Tacoma.

Hello and welcome to Overland Bound.

Greetings from Germany.

Hello and welcome to Overland Bound.

Greetings from Germany.
Dankeshoen Jan
I am 4th generation German American, my great grandfather immigrated to Ukraine and help establish Odessa farmland. Communist stole his farm, and he escaped to America with my grandmother to the states.
now this-
I grew up in the Deutschheim - American *Rhine valley, on the Missouri river near *Detmold Missouri......... Was fur ein lustiger zufall!
This is the next town over- Hermann, named after Hermann der Cheruskerfürst . visithermann.com

What a coincidence.

And here in Detmold we habe the Hermann Statue. I can see it from my street.
And I‘m also a soldier. Currently in my 13th year.
I really don‘t know that there are so many german american nowadays. Do you speak a little bit of german in everyday life?
If I ever come to America I will visit your area for sure.

We have many similarities. :)

And if the situation here in germany and europe will get worse than now I maybe try to get a green card :)

And thanks to OB it is possible to meet new and interesting people.

Hey everyone, I'm Tiana and I'm from North Idaho! I love the outdoors and do a lot of hiking, but I really want to get started in overlanding! I drive a 2013 Honda Pilot, which I'm working on setting up for camping trips. Can't wait to connect with others!

Hallo Tiana
Welcome to OBO
