Hey y'all. I'm Mike from north phoenix. I was building a 19 Tacoma OR until i went to expo this year and drank the 80 series koolaid. I found a well maintained 96 FZJ80, factory locked and only 213K. I am in the process of getting it baselined and getting out to the mountains. I have been using the app for sometime, making routes and such. I've been stalking the forums for awhile and figured its time to say HI.

Hi all this is Dirttraveler. I joined a couple weeks back. I went to my local meetup last Saturday. It was great to see and meet so many nice people there. I don’t have “overland experience”. I have done plenty of hunting and camping through my life.  In the next month I will become an empty Nester and I’m interested in doing a whole lot more vehicle camping and exploring. Im from the southern SF bay area. I drive a 2013 Jeep JK that I have set up for sleeping inside. My Jeep has mostly been used to go to the family ranch and hunt and do some off-roading.

My family (MooreOffroadTeam) and i go out as often as we can. we wheel a 2016 Toyota Tacoma with some small mods and a RTT. The Ozark National Forest isnt far for us so we love going out and finding new places. Id say our skill level is Experienced but mainly to the off road trails, we dont go rock crawling much. Anywho, feel free to add me and share your pics and adventures with us. Hope to see yall on the trail.
