I'm experiencing the same issue previously documented here (now closed so couldn't reply to that thread, so starting new one): Resolved - Member Features Disabled in App

I've been a registered and paid OB member for years now, but I'm not seeing member features. Attaching a couple screenshots.

I've tried relogging but no change. Let me know if something else I should try.

What platform you using? Windows, iphone, android? This on app or website or both?

Pixel 2 running Android 11. Give me something on the website I can do to test/confirm paid member status. Also, please confirm if you're referencing website from phone or website from PC.
 
I'm struggling with the same issues. I have a Pixel 3 and I've been a member for about a year now. Advice would definitely be appreciated! Thanks.
 
Ok guys, need to delete the app and go to the store and download/install the newest version, should be fine and all working then.....IF not msg me.
