you have a great find. I belong to a group on FB they built overland trailers off of, restore them, or sell military trailers. This particular one is a righteous candidate for a overland build.

It's home now. Removing the factory axle with split rims and replacing it with a 3500bl 5 or 5 bolt pattern and electric brakes.
Well I gutted the inside, lots of room now. It had a bunch of shelves and other useless stuff in it that wasn't going to work for me. I probably drilled out a couple hundred rivets and now need to fill a couple hundred now that everything is out.
Mocked up the shelving / kitchen area. What do you guys think? Good enough for now until winter where I can spend a little more time fine tuning.
Finished the floor and most of the insulation. I'll wait till winter to sandblast all the latches and hardware. Next the wall board.
