Greetings yall, I'm moving to Colorado Springs this month and am planning on making the drive from Louisiana, thru Carson National Forest and at least one other national park before pulling into my new home. Checking the weather I noticed it's going to be dropping into the 20s. It's just going to be me and my dogs. I'm fairly confident in the gear I have bought but my main concern is knowing how the trails are at this time of the year. It's in the 20s and I'm confident that there is snow. Has anyone in that area been there around that this time of the year? Thanks!
