Will items pinned or tracked offline automatically stay when back live (in range of signal)?

We are making three improvements to OB1 due 8/15/21:

1. Ability to immediately save POI without the delay caused buy our current review process.
2. The ability to record and save GPX tracks (you can currently upload).
3. The ability to do both while offline, and upload later when a connection is reestablished.
