Congratulations! Looks great. Be careful around low overhangs. What year is that Blazer? It looks like it’s in great condition.

have you had a chance to use the Tarheel? How has it been working and what have you been using it for?

Great Rig!
So an update, I make several "DX" (outside of the USA) contacts every day too and from work or on lunch. This antenna is a work horse! 3 of us in the local the club have tarheal antennas. Between the Little Tarheal II & Tarheal 75a. I wouldn't choose anything else when it comes to HF MOBILE ! I bought the 56in whip over the 32 and makes a lot of difference in receive.
Just make sure you get 3/4" ground straps and ground your doors, hood to body , body to frame, tailgate, or back hatch and exhaust system. Grounding is key! When it comes to Mobile HF.
Their customer service on installation is great if you are having issues!
So bottom line... If you are going to do HF Mobile, get a Tarheal Antenna.
