I'm also hoping for a slide-in for the Gladiator; dust is one reason, the other is I need my truck to do truck things. That means being able to jack a slide-in out and leave it on a parking spot next to the garage when it's not in use. I'm not a fan of keeping an open-bottom topper outside; so a slide-in is where I've landed. Right now I'm leaning towards RoverKing; all aluminum, under the weight capacity of the Gladiator with room to spare, pop-top to keep it low profile on the road, and I can keep the tailgate in place with my center brake light and reverse camera.

I have a FWC Hawk on my 2500, and absolutely love it. That said, I really couldn't imagine running one on a Gladiator. I know there are folks (and various "influencers") who run the Project M on Gladiators, but since it's really a pop-up bed cap, it wouldn't help you with your dust. The quality of my FWC continues to impress me, and I wheel the rig hard with it on. If you could get the bed-sealing issue addressed (some good suggestions in the thread here), do a Project M, and keep the rest of the load-out light, you might be okay, depending on how hard you wheel.
