Any ideas on products or hacks to keep cool while sleeping in the back of the vehicle?

My wife and I prefer to sleep in the back with the seats down on an air mattress. Spring and fall are great, winter can be cold but you can always add layers.

I use a 12v fan when I sleep in the back of the camper shell and have the windows open for ventilation. Screens and a fan sound like a good start.

Window screens get some screen from lowes and earth magnets cut to desired size of whichever windows you want to make screened
Another good idea to help keep the temp down (or up in winter) and light out of the vehicle is to buy a roll of Reflectix insulation and cut pieces to fit each window. I have a 24" X 25' roll waiting to be cut into 7 pieces for my X (I already have a windshield block). The roll was $25 at Ace Hardware.

I also have some strip magnets and screen material to create the window screens. I'll post picks as soon as I tackle these projects.
