Hello Everyone I am just starting out with this I have a 2008 Tacoma I will start with what will I need to have and do, to get started on short trips.

Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Hey @Rwilliams , welcome! There's a bunch of Tacoma build threads here... probably some of the nicest builds I've ever seen! One suggestion is @Mademan925 and to be honest, a stock Taco is already super capable. Find some members near you on the member map and meet up! Get out there and go on some short trips! And read this....

Right on! Do know you can have an amazing time running a Tacoma stock, but I'm sure most of the people here will be happy to direct you in emptying your wallet!

Not being a Toyota guy, I have the same suggestion as SLO Rob - @Mademan925 probably one of the best builds I have seen.

Happy new year fellow taco owner. If you haven't already, go join Tacomaworld.com as well. There are some good builds here but for the boring stuff " my blank quit working" you'll have better luck there. OB is great, find some folks from your area and get out and have fun.
