How.do you like the spare tire pouch system from Bestop? Is it pretty heavy duty? Waterproof?

I like it very much. The overlap from the top of the flap to the body of the pouch is pretty long so it's pretty waterproof. I still roll my stuff up in ziploc bags just incase. But one time coming back from the outer Banks I didn't with my sweatshirts and they got caught in a major storm. Stayed dry. Only pouch I'm not sure about is the long one in the back. I put pop back there. But still awkward.
