Fair enough. Before I commit, could you tell me how far the awning sits off the rack with these brackets? I have some lights mounted and I want to make sure the awning will clear them

Not sure bud, but looking at the brackets i'd guess ~1.5-2"..

sorry for your trouble, but I don't think the awning would clear my lights. ill stick with my DIY brackets for now
