Before I go out and buy a TEMBO TUSK Skottle I'm going to have to try this 12 inch Cast Iron Grilling Wok. Has anyone tried alternatives to the Skottle?

Another option that looks promising is the Mirador Paella Pan with Burner Set - 24 inch carbon steel pan set for about 165.00

I made my own skottle using a plow disk, a pair of small horseshoes and a wok ring. The ring sits atop a stove to give the disk an adjustable spot to sit.
