I run the same ones as @grubworm. Everything about them is better. On my swingout, I have the cans on the same side as my fuel door. I open and siphon straight from the cans. No more lifting.

I would say that wavian has the best but I have not tested them all. Go to Coleman’s surplus to get the German wide mouth Jerry can for around $40, a used nato can for around $32

Ive had a set of midwest can jerrys for about 10 years. The original caps are trash, throw them out before you even put fuel in them. I put a set of ez pour caps and they haven't leaked a drop.

Been using a pair of old school cans for decades. I use a “ donkey “ nozzle, or siphon and never have any excuse for spillage.

Another Scepter fan here but be aware Scepter also makes military water cans that look similar to their fuel cans. The water cans will have a single bar for a handle at the top and the fuel cans will have three.You can get Scepter Military fuel cans on Ebay . They are expensive but worth it.
