Jeep Pre-Trip Check and Maintenance for Overland Trailer.
Not sure where to post this, so I decided to post it in this thread. If not, please feel free to move.
I have a new Mission Overland trailer and have taken it out on several local trips. In 2023 I am planning several remote multi-day trips, including multiple states.
Before I travel, I always do a complete walk around on my Jeep. The walk-around includes checking suspension, breaks, etc.
I realized that I needed a checklist for my trailer. In the past, on my toy hauler, I typically checked the Tires, brakes and bearings and electrical if anything was loose or hanging down.
I am curious other than bearings and breaks, is there anything unique to check on an overland trailer?
What else do you check on their overland trailers?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
