From 2017. Has a brand new fan that’s been resealed. Patch job on bottom see the pictures. Comes with the ladder and flash light. Has some water staining on the ceiling due to the old fan leaking a bit. Has been stored in the garage during non camping season. Was always aired out after use. Just looking to get a trailer instead as the family is growing a bit. Asking 2000$ Taking best offer. Pickup in SW Michigan.
