  • Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Good Afternoon All, I know, I live in a flat state but we can still Overland and that's what I plan to do. Just getting into this great past time so I am looking to do a lot of research and investigating before building or purchasing my rig. Currently I have a 2014 JKU "Gypsy" that I have been driving and wheeling for a couple years now. The attached pic is from Moab at EJS 2018, Top of the World, great run and I highly recommend it if you are in the area. I will be spending this year figuring out what will work best for my Overland needs, knowing that whatever I end up with will need to be pulled by Gypsy. Thanks AllResized952018033095125121958537.jpg

Welcome from the Des Moines area! Nice looking JK. I’m heading out to Utah on Saturday for 6 days. Top of the World is one I’ve been wanting to check out for awhile now.
Moab is such a beautiful piece of country and we fully enjoyed our time out there for EJS. I would highly recommend Fins and Things as another really good run. Have a great time and be safe.

Thanks for the welcome and I couldn't agree more that being in the Flatlands just forces us to do a bit more wandering. Hence needing the right trailer....
