Too bad it is so hard across the pond. Here I called my local insurance agent and we had an agreed valuation policy written in an hour. I insured both my rig ($25,000) and trailer($15,000). It was pretty cheap. It ran $115 USD for the trailer a year and around $500 USD for the vehicle with comprehensive coverage and a $500 deductible, liability, and uninsured motorist (medical).
