79 Series Land Cruiser, like Ronny Dahl's. Unfortunately they never imported them to the states. This thing is a beast:

If money were no object, I think I would take to the Air, or the SEA. Finally finish up my Pilot Ratings. Maybe A boat isn't "overland", but I guess flying is actually "overland".

I would keep what I have (Making slight mods) and drive around the world handing out small amounts of cash to struggling people. Little acts of kindness, here and there. Anonymous envelopes with a couple of bills.

If money was no object, I'd figure out a way to travel everywhere via the ocean, and tote my on land expedition rigs with me...

K3500 crew cab Duramax dually with a custom built aluminum frame slide in camper to sleep 5 (three kids) and an aluminum trailer hauling a JKUR on 36" tires with the best all around balance of crawler and overlander I could manage.

Here's a little encouragement. About ten years ago I got my Instrument Rating in the Cirrus SR-22. My wife and I have had some great times in those time machines. The views are really unique as well as beautiful. BTW I am also a USCG licensed Master. We still do sailing charter trips for family and friends on vacations. Follow your dreams and life is grand.
