Icom-5100a bolt size

Anyone know the bolt size on the sides on the base Icom-5100? I want to fab a little floor mount up but don't know the mounting bolt hole size. Thanks.

If I remember correctly (which seems to be far less likely these days) the screws are 2.6 x 5 mm. you don't want them going in too deep and contacting vital parts that can make smoke..lol

I think that’s what I ended up with when mounting my 2730.

A lot of places that have Hillman hardware have selections of metric fasteners too.
