I was looking at some of the hitch mounted cranes like the one in the link below but I doubt i'd get the extension needed to get the RTT on top of the jeep.

If you can scrape together about $145... the Harken Hoister works very well for me. Because of the pulley system involved, the process is very easy. My ruggedized Tepui (heavy) goes from jeep to basecamp trailer and back to storage against the garage ceiling on a regular basis. Worth the money over a DIY hoist all day long in my opinion.
