Just checked on my order from 2/28 and it still shows "processing". Hoping to have these by the 16th in prep for a trip.

I placed my order on 3/1 still processing and the customer service answering machine says to call back during normal business hours which I did twice during normal hours hmmmmmm

Maybe in the shipping department.

In either event it isn't a couple of Ukrainians working out of an apartment in Queens. I wouldn't be (am not) too concerned.

Yeah, have been watching my order and it is in the same processing state. I think OB broke them ;)

Noticed my water cans had shipped; two shipments of two cans apiece. Should be here tomorrow.
