So Looking at putting a lift on the 2010 outback. A lot of people mention the ADF kit for my car:

That lead me to that page. What would be the difference between the 4" kit and the 2" strut spacers with multi link spacers? From my understanding the 4" lift gives you a 4" body lift and a 2" suspension lift?
Or is one really just a 2" and the other is a 4"? Also would there be a benift to having a higher lift in the back? Is that mainly for atheistic purposes or does it help compensate for the tail sagging when loaded?
