Hello Everyone, My name is Jermie, Coming from the SWFL area and just wanna say I'm super Excited for joining! I Recently just purchased a '17 Colorado ZR2 (My Dream Truck). I also do own a 02 Blazer ZR2 which kinda got my feet wet for offroading/overlanding but the Colorado is gunna be the main focus :grimacing: I'm wiping hands clean for being in the Car Scene and completely focusing on this! Cant wait to share my adventures and hear about yours! The End goal is to go out West once my Rig is all ready!Colorado.jpgBlazer 2.JPG

Welcome to the Overland Bound Community. Glad to have you join us. I'm from Tampa and have been around for a while now. Be careful of pinstripping on those pretty trucks. I bought a 2020 Ram 1500 and mine has plenty of proof of riding the trails everywhere from Florida to Arizona, and Utah. I'm also planning another trip out west.

Yes I’ve been very cautious on where I go! My blazer I didn’t care as much but this I will pay more attention that’s for sure! Looking to get some limb risers aswell!!! But I wanna go out west sooooo bad!!

Almost all of the trails around Florida (Citrus, Ocala, Richloam) are all wide enough so that limb risers would be overkill. Best bet to begin with is a winch, Traction Boards. It looks like you got the tires managed pretty well. Florida sand and mud is a pain in the butt. I spent a month a year ago out in AZ, UT, and CO. I loved it.
