Ken ordered his membership back on Saturday, 16 May, so, it's been 4-days and he still hasn't received his member number! Are you able to check with Michael or someone to see if there is a problem? When I joined, I received my member number in under 10-minutes, so I'm kinda concerned.

I would say give it a few more days, Michael may be busy with the new OB1 app or had something come up.
However, I am sure if you don't hear anything by the end of the week @Kent R may be able to check the status of the order for you.
