Heading Out Wed Or Thur SW Idaho

  • Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Sent a week with the popup over Thanksgiving way up Arrowrock. A week over Christmas at Anderson. Now that we are creeping above freezing, thinking about grabbing the pups and trailer and heading a little south for a week.

Anyone been out SW Idaho or SE Oregon lately? Any nice spots or spots to avoid for now?

Would like some water around. Snow doesn't bother me. But mud up to the axles can really put the crimp on fun.

Thanks.

It's been about 4 weeks now but I was up in the Malheur national forest between Seneca and Burns. About 12"-18" of snow then and I think they have got more since. We went into Rock Springs campground and had to break trail the whole way in off of NF-17 but NF-17 was plowed.
