Im new to the site so thanks for helping me out. I have a 3/4 ton longbed Chevy with Thule kayak rack and want a hardtop tent on top. I want to be able to carry my kayak on top. Needs to sleep three and will be used from padre island up to Canada, and in between. From what I’ve seen I think the clamshell is for me but I’m open to any suggestions. Easy opening, durability, ventilation and insulation are both welcome. Please let me know your thoughts, thanks,
