I have been an avid off road driver for more than 10 years. Lately however I have been making the transition into the Overland world. What I enjoyed most of all about my wheeling trips was the planning and getting there. Camping out and enjoying the things most people never see.
I have a 2006 JEEP TJ that has been lifted and has bigger tires. I have the off road part down. Now I need to transition into the Overland side. I have been on several self sustaining trips and find myself looking for the next step in my adventure. I a hoping to join up some trekkers in my area and get a better feel for what I need to do as I move forward into proper over landing.
