Do these have the adjustable cross brace or the welded one. ??? Also your in Long Beach, CA right?

Not OP but it looks like this has the welded cross braces. The adjustable bars would show up as fairly obvious clamps on the upper rail in these pics, which I don't see. source: i have the adjustable rails.
