Check out Crutchfield Audio. They have almost all your stereo needs... and yes there is an Android equivalent... 9 times out of 10 if the stereo does Apple CarPlay, it has the Android Auto.

I like that Gaia shows up on my CarPlay, but I wish Apple let it have more information, like Elevation and speed. I would like it more if it looked like the app on my screen.

Have you see that Gaia with its newest update now has a new “Map Overlay” - “Public Tracks”. If I understand this correctly, if you put your recorded tracks to public it should be able to be seen by others.
I.E: I run the pony express and record it, then anyone should be able to follow my tracks.
