Was planning on getting a Jeep but my wife buys projects that require a full size truck. Thought of getting a trailer but we live in a apartment and no space for a trailer. Thinking of a 05 f150 4x4 super cab. Don’t see many full size trucks around.

There are a good amount of full size rigs here... check out the link. I'd still steer you towards a "Bow Tie" personally, but, to each their own :)

F250's and Dodge 2500's can run 35's stock. And allows room for ya'll to grow. I'd go Ford or Toyota for a half ton.
