Is anyone bringing a chain saw? Since it’s early in the season it’s possible that we may need to deal with fallen trees. I have a small electric chain saw but we may want something more substantial.

I do not have a chainsaw, but it is a good idea. I will be bringing a sawsall.
 
Hi Mike. Did you record the trail taken for our trip this week. I was interested in trail from snow camp to St. George., locked private land gate location, and the rock climbing trail location. Hope you have a great time at Canyonlands next week.

Snow camp to St. George was straight up Mt. Dellenbaugh to the 5,
The locked gate location is: 36.15446, -113.53484
The rock climbing section is called the "Grand Gulch" at: 36.38257, -113.95063 to the Grand Gulch Mine at: 36.32688, -113.79138
Did you get to go on your big trip overseas? I would love to see pictures!
