Title kind of says it all. Has anyone experimented with putting FrontRunner accessories on a Chief Products roof rack?
Also... wondering if someone with a FR Rack wouldn't mind measuring the width of the channel in the roof slat and sharing. I want to put rubber t-slot seals in my CP rack to cut down on wind noise and general crud getting in the grooves. I'm having trouble finding the right size in bulk, so if the FR t-slots are the same dimension are the same or similar enough to the CP's I might just simplify my search and order the FR t-slot beading.
FWIW, the slots/channels on my CP roof rack are approx 0.6 inches wide by 0.7 inches deep. The t-slot nut insert opening is 0.78". (Metric equivalents: 17mm wide / 18mm deep / 20mm nut insert opening.)
