Simply bolts on to the ends of a Smittybilt XRC M.O.D bumper. Mounting hardware included. Price: $100 ($200 new). Located in Fairfax, Virginia but will ship to your US location at your cost. Price does NOT include the Smittybilt XRC M.O.D bumper which I am retaining.
