I have a 3+- yr. Old F40 portable fridge that stopped getting cold. No error codes. Still runs. Just no cold. Anybody?

Is it a compressor fridge? It looks like it from their website.
Check the voltage under load. Sometimes, if the voltage is around 10-11v, the compressor won't fully compress the refrigerant, causing it to appear to run hot as it merely recirculates the refrigerant at the outside temperature.

Maybe you can talk me through it in English?
The simple way is to get your battery checked.

Or else, if you can get access to the back of the socket in your vehicle (if there is one), put a multimeter with a range of 20 volts across the wires and see if the voltage is more than, say, 11.5 volts when the fridge is running.

I guess I should have mentioned it has been plugged into a 110 outlet in the garage for 3 months
