As once I was told, "Don't fill up your tank unless it's from a pump!" Never knew what that meant until I ate some bad cherries at a roadside diner. The next few miles were touchy, if you know what I mean.

Now, a bit older and wiser, I actually drink my meal while on the road and find it keeps me jazzed and ready for the next adventure. Do not misinterpret this thread as a sponsored item. I am not.
But I will say I have been investing in my health and in this incredible meal supplement for about 6 years now and would like to get your thoughts on.

Where do I Ka'Chava?

I would rather take the chance on the roadside diner. I hunt them out to give them a try.

Some of the best food I've ever experienced came from hole-in-the-wall places in the middle of nowhere. Places with names like the Starving Squirrel or the Flopeye Diner.

Sounds like a lesson learned the hard way! Roadside food adventures can definitely be unpredictable.

Glad to hear you’ve found something that works well for your routine. Nutrition on the road is always a challenge, especially during long trips, so it’s interesting to hear what others use to stay fueled. Hopefully some folks here can share their experiences and thoughts on Ka’Chava as well.

Yeah, mixed with fresh fruit or just avocado oil is filling.
