Just bought the a Magnetic Gray TRD Off Road 4 runner last week, first up was getting some tint, larger tires, and getting my storage/loading situation started.


Currently coming in the mail is:
Front runner slimline rack
FR Jerry can w/ holder
FR spare tire bracket
FR pop up tent
Lamin-x fog covers


Things I'm shopping:
HID kit
Rear bumper

And here's the temp solution to locking down the cooler for an upcoming trip.

Would it be better to lockdown the cooler using the handles on the side so the rope doesn't hamper closing of the lid?

In a perfect world, I would be able to tie it down in a more vertical fashion as there are small slits for the tie down to secure w/out compromising the seal.

However, my current solution appears to secure it while still allowing the proper seal, as the strap is very thin.

Eventually I'll work into some drawers/fridge combo. For now, this will have to work.

As long as the seal stays it's alright, I was concerned you'd lose the seal. Are you planning a drawer system?
