Diamond SD330 Antenna

Is there any one out there using the Diamond SD330 Antenna off road. I am interested in how robust this antenna really is.

Thanks in advance.

I just got the Little Tarheel II, for the quality, customer service to help with install or issues, easy of use... That's what I would recommend

One of the things I am concerned about is the SO239 connection as an Antenna Mount for this type of antenna. Will have to investage to see what available in a heavy duty SO239 mount.

Thanks for the reply and the pic.

OK Cool, have to check that one out. My HF Antennas don't seem to last long on my 4WD. I have only used Multitap Antennas mounted on the bull , one snapped in half. Not by hitting branches etc but from vibration and fatigue off road for over 4 years. The replacement I am currently one I am currently using only lasted 2 years and has a wire broken some where and cuts in and out when driving.
I am looking now to may be mounting a similar antenna to yours on the wheel carrier on the FJ. Getting the antenna off the bull bar hoping to reduce vibration and fatigue mounting it on the wheel carrier.

Thanks for the info
