I'd estimate for at least 20+ rigs next time. These things tend to ramp up quickly as word spreads!

This is a good idea and I checked the menu and there is NO passion fruit tea. The parking area is much bigger than Fox and the Hound in Arlington, which I live walking distance from. I know some of us have trailer rigs we would like to show off and take up 2 parking spaces.

This sounds like the best idea thus far. I will try my damnedest to have something setup within the net few days and post up the details. At this point, the last weekend of July may be best to allow enough time for people to plan it out.
 
I called bucks at bass pro. Mentioned 30 to 40 and they have a room to accommodate that many people. No special hoops to jump thru and seperate checks are fine. As long as we are eating and drinking we are Welcome. We just need to call with a date and make sure it is available.

I couldn't make the last one cause I was outta town and gonna be out the 29th too.
 
I'm in Austin, but I travel to Dallas/Fort Worth area often for work. If you ever do a mid week meetup, I 'm in.

Just talked to tggk. He voted 29th and would like to nail the date down. I see 3 for 22nd and withhim 5 for 29th. My hope is to get venues established then a repeating time and date like 3rd or fourth Saturday of the months so everyone can plan to be there. So its uncle bucks at bass pro in grapevine, 6 pm to 9pm july 29th. We will have a room reserved and we will try to park together so we can check out rigs. No passion fruit tea will be served.
