Deep Frying a Turkey on Thanksgiving Day Anyone?

Getting the brine ready right now, my old fry pot got holes in it and I couldn't find a new pots anywhere (damn pussy lawyers got it ruined everyone thinks they are gonna burn the house down) so I bought one of those new fangled electric turkey fryers, wife was none to happy about the extra $100 bucks I spent. I guess it's not a good time to bring up the several thousand I will be spending on my rig this month
