I have zero hesitation in turning in people like this. Actions like this gets these areas closed off.

Ridiculous. Not anywhere near me but I read it on their Facebook page. I don't get why people want to be destructive. @Mad_Garden_Gnome is right, actions like these get areas closed off to the public.
