I am at the beginning stage of ordering a new custom front bumper. Here is what I want included; winch mount, Cutouts for lights, bull bar type grill guard and D-ring anchors. The guy doing for me asked if I wanted Hi-lift anchors. I had never really thought about it, is there that much of a need if I have d-rings? I like the idea and it can't hurt, however I do like a clean look and there is going to be enough stuff hanging from it already. I'm torn.

I'd say go for it. It doesn't add much clutter to the bumper, it can be as simple as a triangle cut out with some reinforcement. Never know when you may need a jacking point.

I would have to agree with ManWithJeep. If I were going custom...which I'm still debating....I would definitely incorporate some hi-lift points.
