CDT vs RENOYLDS CDT?

I plan on running a version of the CDT next year so I’m starting the research. Is there a fundamental difference in the CDT 4x4 trail and the Reynolds CDT versions that are loaded here? One more or less technical, etc? Just curious, and thank you for any input!

I dont know about the CDT 4x4 trail. The trail I did that is on the app is extremely accurate with over 250 campsites on it, it is not very technical but can be effected by weather.
