I haven't seen a thread in the photography section that was dedicated to cave photos so we now have this one! Overlanding is more than just exploring ON the surface, let's go below for a little bit. Post up your cave photos.
This is from a trip I took to Great Basin National Park last November while I was doing a job in Ogden Utah and had a few days to kill. Ironically I met another OB member on the cave tour of the Lehman Caves. I forgot to get his name or OB number though.

These were all taken handheld. No tripods or monopods allowed in the caves at all.
The caves were all pre-lit by the park service but in all actuallity, it was very dim inside. The sensor on the camera just picks up that much light and makes it look brightly lit inside.
Also, each "room" was very small. They look huge, but it's just an illusion. There were about 15 - 20 of us on the tour and we all barely fit in the "rooms".
If you have previously been in any cave, the park rangers would like to know. There is something called "White Nose Syndrome" that is killing the bats in the caves.
