Just looking a general experience to be on beach during summer time . Rules are clear, but surprised to see something about trailers, I thought off road trailers should be allowed. I hate when US parks put no sense restrictions on what should be full public land and don't belong to anyone, when golf clubs are taking space to access on beach .

Probably has to do with the lack of formal bathroom facilities. Generally, the RV's have holding tanks as opposed to offroad trailers. I think they want to prevent the National Seashore from becoming a litter box.
