Campsites close to climbing spots?

  • Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Not sure if anyone in our area is into climbing, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any camping spots in Middle TN that are close to climbing spots? My dream camp site would be something near some bouldering routes. Something where you could wake up, make some breakfast, and then stroll right over to the rock face. I do know Obed in the Catoosa Wildlife area is well known for climbing, but I just don't know the area that well...

It’s been a while (more than 10 years) but we had great trips to Obed, foster falls, and buzzard point. Don’t recall exact locations, no smart phones back then.
