Camping trip this winter NorCal

Planning on going on an overland trip this winter. Would like to see some snow. Most trails say they close once it snows. Anybody know of good spots in NorCal that are not closed?

If this year is like last you wont have any trouble finding snow.
There was tons in the Mendocino National Forest.
