For my trip this weekend, I have my Anker battery cache, Anker Bluetooth speaker, a battery powered fan, and my iPad. The battery cache is a must for any USB rechargeable devices. The speaker is nice for some tunes or louder sound for movies I have downloaded on the iPad. Not sure if I'll need the fan this weekend, but it's nice to have when it's stuffy/hot and takes up little room.

We bring the usual things like phone and gps, but #1 don't hit the trail without is a garmin in reach. Piece of mind when your own your own.

Second this. Not exactly high tech, but man, I sleep much better with a decent pillow.
